I'm currently tracking a friend's travel movements for him as he completes a RTW ticket, and of course logged into check tonight to find that he's changed the date he's coming home on again. That's another story entirely.

Logging into his QFF account, I've also been checking flights have been correctly crediting. I noticed however that a sector flown on IB hasn't credited at all.

So, off we go to Claim missing points... and despite IB being a Oneworld partner and eligible for earning, they don't appear in the airline code drop-down list.

Has anyone noticed this issue before?

If so, I'm gathering the claim will have to be made during service centre business hours...

In an interesting side note, points from the sectors flown on LA and their affiliates have all credited perfectly without filing missing points claims.

Never noticed whether IB was in the list or not.

Firstly, give it the "standard" 14 business days to see if it will credit.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to go through the long protocol for claiming. Start with a call to the QFF call centre; hopefully it won't get to the whole rigmarole of needing to post the original BPs etc. etc..

From memory AA is not on the drop down either.

If they don't post an email to [email protected] with a scanned copy of the boarding passes will resolve the issue.

Probably not so easy if your friend is still OS and has the boarding passes though maybe he could email a copy to you.
