G'day,

I recall that a long time ago, platinum members could "request" that qantas "make available" frequent flyer seats at "classic award" prices rather than at "anyseat award" prices.

Can anyone advise if this is still possible or if it's been cancelled ? Apologies for the excessive use of "quotation marks".

It's still available; you need to ring and there is a 3500 pts assistance fee.
