I have an international classic reward flight ticketed and I just received the "Important update to your flight..." email indicating that the domestic leg (on JAL) of my multi-city is now scheduled to depart 10 mins earlier than originally scheduled. I am able to accept or "change your flights or view more options, including how to request a full refund at Manage Booking or on the Qantas App".
I actually want to cancel this booking as I have a duplicate booking purchased with cash and am planning to cancel this one anyway.
The option to cancel on the website is greyed out and I need to call Qantas. Am I entitled to call and request a full refund of points without the 6,000 point fee per person as a result of the involuntary change?
The definition of Significant Change isn't particularly clear, yet it does say in the email I can request a full refund...
Thanks for any guidance!
