Ok, this is a stupid question but... if i book a flight on a VA code on either NZ or EY metal do i earn points and SC's at the VA rate or the rate of the carrier i am flying on? Now i get 100% points bonus as a platinum it tends to change the calculations quite a bit and i have to book some NZ travel soon. Leaning towards booking a DJ flight number on NZ metal but totally confused about the earning rate.

You'll earn it (SC's and points) based on the flight number only, so if it's a DJ code on NZ metal, you'll earn based off DJ rates.

Nice. Although in hindsight i wish i'd booked my EY flight next week as a VA one instead, the 100% bonus makes a nice difference to the calculations.
