When you apply for a Coles No Annual Fee or Rewards Mastercard® and make a purchase in the first 30 days.

Could be an easy way to grab 20,000 points but not sure if they do a credit check which could affect future applications.

Having said all that, I hold the rewards card. If you wait for a transfer promotion, it gives 1 point per dollar to Velocity and has no overseas conversion fee. For me it’s worth having, but I wouldn’t get it just for the sign on deal.
