Good morning everyone got a question for the brain trust here. I've got a reward booking from BNE-SIN in August at 11am W Qantas.

Due to a change in circumstances, I need to fly out of ADL now so I'm planning to book another reward flight from ADL-BNE to catch my international flight from BNE to SIN

It is likely that the check-in counter at ADL will be able to issue both my boarding passes.

My qn is will they also be able to issue my husband's BNE-SIN at Adelaide if he's catching a virgin flight to BNE instead of a Qantas one?

We are on the same booking for the BNE-SIN leg.

Last week at the QF Melbourne service desk, I was able to get them to print out boarding passes for my flights from the Gold Coast to Bali, which were on a separate booking. So I believe they have the ability to do it - they’ll probably need the passport.

(I think the lounge agents have less ability to do this, so need to use the landside service desks.)

You can probably checkin online for both anyway, but getting the 2nd BP in ADL will be a good sign that your documentation is correct.

Of course, if you’re checking through luggage you’ll need to checkin for both flights anyway. QF will through check QF to QF.
