Hi

I booked F flights with Emirates using Qantas points.

Sydney to Dubai .... then Dubai to Paris. I booked them on separate tickets (the transit is 14 hrs)

The points cost was 144k + 75k = 219k, and the taxes were $400 + $700 = $1,100 per person.

If I had booked these as one ticket Sydney to Paris, it would have been 192k and $650

Is there a way I could combine these two separate tickets in order to get the 192k + $650 taxes?

Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

I doubt that you can now combine them and get a refund. The DXB-CDG sector fees would have been charged in UAE dhirams, converted to AUD.

The only option I can see is to phone QF and ask and/or cancel and start again with a single booking SYD-xDXB-CDG, but that's risky.
