Which of the Sydney CBD properties would be best to use a CSU?

I have one voucher that I haven't been able to use and it expires in a month. I am IHG Diamond.

I live in Sydney and have no time to fly anywhere, I also recently stayed at Voco Hunter and CP Canberra (which gave me a suite anyway) so don't want to go there again.

I've never stayed at any IHG in the City so I thought it might be nice to try one. But I have heard the ICs somehow restrict availability for CSUs or they won't let you have a proper suite.

Any recommendations, and is it even worth it to spend 40-60k points just to use the CSU or should I just let it expire?

Ok, If you prefer views then a suite at Sydney City Intercon is a good use but the lounge isn't great as far as evenings go, but the breakfast is good as its still from up on there top level.
If you want a nice Neighbourhood view room with probably the best lounge, then definitely Double Bay.
I've never had a bad stay at Double Bay.
