HI Guys,
Feel free to flame but after alot of searching I have not been able to find the fax number and contact details that were posted for our man Alan.

Would someone be kind enough to direct me to the thread it appeared in?

Thanks

I can't say that i know, but i guess the obvious is why? Why do you want that for?

Well, I can't say I know him personally, but I would try the Head Office details here or try ajoyce at qantas dot com dot au (done to defeat the address searching bots or whatever they are called).

As for why sr81 wants to contact him, I'm sure they feel they have a good reason. Whether Alan will actually read it

Correct, I doubt that it will get no further than the under secretary for mail opening but I just wanted to put in writing my general disappointment at the (perceived) slipping of standards and my F flight going from an A380 to 747 and then being seated across the cabin from my partner.

I know it will achieve nothing but I feel better from having written it.

We are straying off topic, but I for one think it's good to have a QF person active here. Welcome aboard, just remember to keep your seatbelt fastened in case of turbulence, and in some cases the nearest exit may be behind you. :)

.... if there is actually an exit :!: :D

Its in the public profile ;)

Welcome Empdizz,

Going public with your position I think you may be quite busy with questions/comments/complaints from other members.

I do agree however that it is great to see QF staff on here.

Just as easy to ignore specific questions/comments/complaints....

I would expect that it is screened by his PA, who then forwards to him (perhaps at another email address), the ones that he needs to see. That's what happens at other large companies...

The rest are probably forwarded to their respective areas for reply on his behalf (customer service/relations, etc)

Bill Gates used to have 4 full time people just dealing with his billg@microsoft address.
