Hi all

Odd one here. For some time now I have been berating our corp TA for somehow stuffing up how my contact details get into my bookings. I think however the problem lies with QF as I just tried to correct the errors and the booking didnt update.

This is what is appearing (key numbers blanked out)

Daytime phone: SYD04 xx_xx_xx B

It has been doing this for some time.

Any other experience of this?

My contact details are fine in my profile.

What do you think it should be? 0412345678? Are the SYD and the B the problem?

I've had the SYD before. It's not an issue they managed to SMS about a successful upgrade. ;)

That's what I was thinking. Come to think about I did get an sms about a canceled flight last week which I had assumed was because my WP number was in the booking...

Maybe it is a non-issue...

Mine look something like that when the booking is originally created in Sabre. Must be the way the data gets pushed across.

Actually I've just had a look through my bookings and the contact numbers are rather random but no SYD. These are all in bookings I made by myself. I'm thinking the SYD was only in that one TA made booking.

I've got a couple in my bookings at the moment made in Ireland which give my number as DUB 61 4xx_xx_xx.
