Corporate promos for personal use CC's?

There's a lot of talk around deals which are available to the general public, but are there any good deals to be had for business employees (for personal use, not company use)? e.g. Citibank at Work have a deal on their Platinum card where the first year is annual fee free:

Not the best deal ever, but this is the kind of thing I'm thinking of. Obviously you'd have to work for a company that gives you access to Citibank at Work...

Thanks The same page also has a dropdown that links to a similar deal on the Gold card, saving $119 annual fee in the first year.

There is nothing in the terms and conditions which state this though, seems anyone can apply
