Hi

I know the olympics are on but just checking the first week of July for a trip to the UK and QF's prices are both crazy and selling out. Is this just a normal week or might it be due to seats being taken by actual olympic athletes and support crew?

Exclusive business (never heard of that before) return is $9550 and full flex is $15K - business saver is running at around $13K.

Cheers

Olympics plus school holidays, so price goes through the roof.
On the flip side should be some good deals ex LHR for people fleeing the Olympics.
As for Exclusive Business, QF have introduced a number of business fares to and from LHR.

There will be athletes and officials (close to 600 all up from memory) arriving from early July. Add to the broadcast and media that number jumps quite a bit. We are slated to arrive from the 12th. so it will be busy just from that let alone visitors and Olympic family too.
