Credit card for Paypal

Is there a credit card I can use with Paypal that earns QFF or Velocity points for overseas transactions? Thanks.

The problem seems to be that any CC that gives FF points charges forex fees that make it not worth while. However if you aren't paying the forex fees (ie business use) then it would be worth it.

Citibank Select and Signature (plat) give 5 and 4 (3) points respectively, which are worth 3.333 and 2.667 (2) velocity points/$, however be careful as it is only merchants who tell them they are overseas, I was caught out buying tickets from the USA but the merchant told citi they were in Aust (while charging me in USD).

Bankwest platinum. $99 p.a. 1QFF per $ and no fx fees.

Thanks for the ideas. How can you get the Bankwest for $99? I can only see $140 reduced annual fee for a limited time only when I go through the link on the qantas site.

Sorry it may have gone up. My last renewal was still <$100 IIRC
