I realised I had been double charged for flights on recieving my credit card statement. I having been chasing this refund for 3 months and despite assurance both verbally and written I have still recieved a bean. Can anyone advise. Getting very cheesed off with the lack of progress on Quantas and there so called procedures.
HELP

You should dispute the duplicate transaction with your credit card provider. I would contact them immediately, as some card providers have a 90 day time limit to dispute the transaction.

I did this with a duplicated transaction by Woolworths about a year ago and the duplicate was credited back a few days later. I did it as soon as I received the statement though.

I agree with the poster above. You should be dealing with your bank who will deal with your credit card provider to dispute the transaction. If you had initiated the dispute with your bank they would have pulled the funds and re-deposited them into your account until the final decision had been made. Regardless of what Qantas have told you if they have yet to make a move after 3 months I would be calling the bank immediately.
