Credit cards with CAP

Email received today inviting me to apply for higher credit limit. Unsure if that's of benefit if points/miles are limited.

I'm aware of Jetstar MC having a cap of 100k points. Not sure if that's changed though. I havent followed their recent sign-up offers.

Can other AFFers list other cards with cap?
