Crediting AA metal W booking class on AA flight number to QFF/AAdvantage

I'm looking at some dom AA flights, of which the economy super saver fares are in W.

Since these are on AA flight numbers (and not JL, QF or BA codeshares), does that mean if I credit to QFF I will not earn any points or SCs? If I credit to AAdvantage will that be more effective due to the earn at 1.0 EQM/EQP?
