Here's a review that I have written on Tripadvisor.

My partner and I stayed in a Luxe king room on a Friday night.

We were allocated a room on the first floor at the end of the corridor. Having an end room was great as the noise coming from the atrium could be quite loud.

The room had a modern, luxurious feel and furnished with good quality furniture and bedding. The rainforest shower in the bathroom was very relaxing. I was particularly impressed by the number of free power points on the sides of the bed. The hi-tech electronic lighting control was very convenient. Everything about the room was much better than Crown Metropol in Melbourne.

No complimentary bottled water in the room was a disappointment especially in a 5 star hotel.

Check in was quick and the staff was friendly. Check out was a little slow.

The self-parking in the underground carpark, if you're not a Crown member, was somewhat expensive at $20 per entry per 24 hours and it's not even in the CBD.

A good place to stay if you're having a late night at the casino.

My major dislike is the smorgasbord at the Atrium has 2 sittings in the evening so we don't go there since it cancelled being an Intercontinental where we would get one free meal with their card.
The entertainment has improved and the other restaurants choice has improved. Not a bad place to stay but it can be a bit of a struggle to get a reasonable room rate when it is busy.

When we were walking out of the room at about 7:30-8pm, we looked down at the Atrium and thought they were closing. In fact they were getting ready for the 2nd seating... lol
