Crowne Plaza Perth - No Bonus Points

I checked my Citibank Rewards balance today and it looked a lot lower than expected. It appears that my stay at the Crowne Plaza in Perth did not earn any bonus points. The online details of the transaction show up as Avant Hotels (Australia) Pty Ltd. (The Tax invoice shows this company trading as Crowne Plaza Perth.

Has anyone else had a similar issue. (I'm assuming the problem is associated with the Avant name.)

I've had bonus points not get credited when dining at a Citibank dining restaurant even though the name was correct. I chased it up with Citibank and they credited the points. You should be able to get the points if you follow up with Citibank.

Thanks for that I have followed up and the points will be posted within 24/48 hours. What a performance though. I thought it was relatively simple 3 times the invoice value from the CP. The CSA was trying to take my month's spend and multiply it by 1.25 then multiply another number which seemed to appear from nowhere by 1.75. Utterly bizarre. In the end the credit amount will be about 380 points more than it should????????

I'll wait to see if the points appear!!!!
