While semi off-topic, here's the new LAX F lounge menu. I got to try it on the first day last week.

The sticky pork salad was awesome, squid was excellent, and the laksa was delicious but very dense.

The blueberry cake made for a lovely dessert too - the portion size was just right.

Awesome, what were the specials? Guessing tacos of some sort would be in there..

I didn't take note, as the staff said the new dishes were a must try. From memory there was a taco of some description.

I have copied these posts about the LAX QF First Class Lounge menu to a new thread to enable a Wiki on the current offerings, similar to what is being done for SYD/MEL. As the menu is in a different season to Australia I believe this makes sense. I was not able to get complete picture of the menu though, so if anyone has a clearer photo of the missing offerings, please free to share it or even edit the Wiki yourself.

Spring 2017 (US season) can be seen here, from sfo777:

I was there recently and was surprised to see no tacos on the menu. Interestingly the Napa dessert wine was awesome.

Been a long time since I've seen crudo in one of the Oz F lounges. Or even sashimi. Used to be an automatic first dish for me. Perhaps the LAX menu signals a return...?

Duck salad ... fine, duck was tender.

Pork cutlet - really tasty - Warning, the adabo sauce really has a kick!

Sadly the pork cutlet meat was really tough. hard to cut and chew (and I'm being lenient).

Another day ...

Burrata (soft cheese like cold.melted mozerralla):

Steelhead trout - this was the best fish dish I have had on the last decade ... at least! Simple, uncomplicated, flavoursome, cooked perfectly (lightly). The lemon butter sauce was slightly lemonly, little butter, not sweet and a perfect accompaniment.

I'll look to try tacos next time - for me, after some days in south west USA and central America, desire for tortilla based food was not to the fore.

Literally just bumping this thread as it would be nice to see more posts of the LAX F menu and food.

Had a terrible breakfast experience recently.
They didn't have some of the sides, so it just came out without a word.
I asked why, they replied "we don't have any". Quality of the meals there have been on the decline.
I hope it's not going down the path of a greasy diner...

Fish was good.

I'm heading to the LAX F lounge for the first time and thought I'd bump this thread in the off chance someone's seen the menu recently.

Here are both LAX autumn 2019 menus.
Mole beef was pretty good.

I'm interested to know if anyone has seen the Melbourne F menu recently. I'll be there late November so can post my experience then if no one has been in the meantime.
