Current processing time for missing VA points (retro) claims (SQ flights)?

Anyone got any recent experience?

So we flew SQ to Europe in July/August. The points and status credits came through fine on my Velocity account, but are nowhere to be found on my partner's account.

Submitted the four flights via the Velocity website. Got the unsuccessful message days later with an error code 053, whatever that means. CSA told me to send the boarding passes to [email protected]. They say it's a 6-8 week wait. I'm hoping it's sooner.

So an update for those playing at home.

On 31 Aug, partner got a missed call and voicemail asking for the booking reference. So called back the next day. Call was answered within seconds after all the IVR entries and messages. Was quoted a 4-6 week wait time from 1 Sep. And this morning, all the points and credits are there!
