Anyone got any recent experience?
So we flew SQ to Europe in July/August. The points and status credits came through fine on my Velocity account, but are nowhere to be found on my partner's account.
Submitted the four flights via the Velocity website. Got the unsuccessful message days later with an error code 053, whatever that means. CSA told me to send the boarding passes to [email protected]. They say it's a 6-8 week wait. I'm hoping it's sooner.
