Hi FF Community.
I have searched the forum and haven’t been able to find any links related to my post.
I’m interested to hear from those customers affected by the ‘American Express Velocity Platinum Frequent Flyer credit card’ travel benefit route changes back in 2020.
I have been a customer since 2015 and live in Broome WA. I’m no longer able to redeem the annual free flight since Broome was removed. I’m considering requesting Velocity & Amex review their travel benefit routes. I didn’t follow up at the time due to WA borders being shut, COVID and Virgin Australia being in administration. Things have changed since 2020 so it’s appropriate to raise now.
Would like to hear from other customers impacted.
