Anyone knows why I can only get one way CX availability?
For SYDHKG I can book it on QFF website, but for HKGSYD there is no CX availability at all, I have to call QF and pay 2500 points for booking.

This has been happening for at least 2 years. The QF website does not consistently display CX award availability.

If you cannot book it online then you should not be charged the 2,500 QFF points assisted booking fee, If anyone wants to charge the fee then politely hang up and call back. Eventually you will get through to a person who will waive the fee.
