Presume they should be crediting to QF? That's way too long a wait in any case, a friend had to chase some points from CX flights earlier this year. By the way, some CX flight classes do not earn to QF, so worth checking that.

Why would you be smelling a rat? Not all points post quickly. Are these separate flights from your re-routed HKG trip or is it a separate set of flights?

If they are separate to your re-routed flights (subject to your ORC claim), are the eligible to earn under the QFF program?

CX flights generally post to QFF on a Tuesday.

If it has been 3 weeks already then I would send Qantas an email (or fax) with boarding pass and itinerary and they should be able to credit the points. Ouf of my last 6-7 CX itineraries there was at least 1 flight that did not post automatically.

Faxed them over the weekend John, just seems weired that the QF flights on the same run ( re routed by Qantas ) were credited 2 hrs after flying.

These are the re routed flights, could QF have put us in seats where no pointe were eligible?

I guess I am used to having issues with CX flights for the past 3-4 years. If they have not credited within a couple of weeks then off goes the fax with the boarding pass.

Seeing that you are referring to flights under your ORC claim, I'd suggest following up with QF. These would be different to normal CX flights, as from what I have read about your earlier posts, manual intervention is required.

That is a possibility. I have previously been rerouted by QF into a CX non-earning fare class.
Agree with JohnK that CX normally credit on Tuesday.
Suggest you just submit a missing points claim and see what the response is.

So we are losing out to a certain degree eh? Will see what the out come this week, thanks for the input M
