Good news everyone! Just booked my trip to America.

1st August 2012: CX882 (HKG-LAX in Z class)
17th August 2012: CX873 (SFO-HKG in Z class)

First time in Z and second time to America. I'm visiting Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Seattle & San Francisco with two (possibly three) friends. Very excited.

Cheers! Any tips for the USA cities I mentioned/Hong Kong would be appreciated! I've got a pretty good idea from being to those places/TripAdvisor but I'll welcome anymore advice.

It haven't been to the States in years
What I do remember from a road trip we did on the West Coast was stopping in Monterey just under SFO for Seafood on the Wharf.
