I really like Blackwell but it needs some years on it before drinking.  I bought up the 2012 for $25 a few years back and all I share it with think it's extremely good now.  I think Filsell is about as good but I haven't had as many vintages of it to know. Based on what I have had, the Blackwell is a bit bigger. If you can get either for reasonably below $30 I think you'll be happy when you drink them. Once you're paying $30, there's a lot of good competition at that price point.
