Just a heads up, don't use Paypal with the Wynn's website:
This transaction is currently pending compliance review. Please do not try to send the payment again until you hear from PayPal. If the compliance team has any questions for you regarding the payment, the team will email you. Thank you for your patience.
Most likely I will have to hassle Wynn to process the refund because Wynn's system thought the transaction was cancelled but it is merely on hold, and Wynn would receive the fund but with no order record once Paypal waves the transaction through.
