Thanks. Not completely dissuaded but probs won't now. I've had plenty of savoury shirazes recently that have needed a solid breathe.

I thought I saw some Sorby Thing offered as a mystery wine the other day. I wonder where that was. I only look at WS, TWC and DM really.
