Hi there, just wondering if anyone has any advice or tips relating to delayed baggage on a VA flight? I travelled on Wednesday to MCY from MEL and for some reason my bag went to Darwin?? I’m here on holiday with my 21 month old son. My bag only arrived yesterday so I spent almost 72 hours without it. I had to buy clothes, underwear, baby clothes, swimwear and sundry baby items. All up I’ve spent $300. But I’m not sure how to get it back? The form on their website refers to claiming for damaged or lost bags? Any help or advice much appreciated, thank you!
