delays at Qantas today (Mon 1st June)

Due to failure of Checkin computer system aus wide there is delays at all airports.
It has just taken me an hour to do a bag drop for a bne-mel flight.....

Not good news.

It's a public holiday in WA so lots of people will be travelling across the country.

Glad I gave it a miss!

I had made a mistake when booking flights last month and I had a booking SYD-BNE for yesterday evening and this morning. Just as well I changed todays booking to later in the year as I would have hated to turn up to the airport at ~5:30am and be delayed for over an hour....
