Hi Folks,

Going to spend some time in DFW, ATL & LAX next week. Looking for advice on best lounge options to fit the following departures & layovers (I'm QF SG and all flights are in economy):

Arrive DFW on QF7 (terminal D) with 4 hour layover (not sure on departing terminal)
Depart ATL for DFW on AA1267 (not sure on departing terminal)
Arrive DFW (1 hour 30 layover), depart for LAX on AA2477
Arrive LAX (1 hour 30 layover), depart for SYD on QF12

Any help greatly appreciated.

DFW - There's 4 A/C's (It can take an hour or more to clear DFW customs) - take the one in the terminal you are departing from.
ATL - there's a small A/C near the AA Gates.
DFW - same as before, take the A/C in your terminal.
LAX - on arrival take the bus from near gate 44 - leave on the hour and every ½ hour (or go outside and walk to TBIT - you'll need to reclear security). The bus takes about 15 minutes currently and there is a 10 minute walk from where the bus drops you back to the lounge. Boarding wold begin 45 minutes before the flight so you won't have much lounge time anyway (you won't miss much).

Generally there is not much choice. in most cases you only have access to OneWorld lounges in the terminal from which you are departing (DFW being the only exception as you can move between terminals air-side).

in theory you can use any of the AA Admirals Club lounges. I suggest heading for the one in the terminal from which you are departing. But you culd use any of them so long as you leave anough time to change terminals using the air-side SkyTrain.
Depart ATL for DFW on AA1267 (not sure on departing terminal)
There is an Admirals Club at ATL
Arrive DFW (1 hour 30 layover), depart for LAX on AA2477
Again I recommend heading for the liunge closest to the departure gate which will be in the departure terminal.
Arrive LAX (1 hour 30 layover), depart for SYD on QF12
With only 1.5 hours, head straight for TBI and use the OneWorld lounge. It gets busy but there really is not enough time to warrant using terminal 4 AA/QF lounge before taking the air-side bus over to TBI. If you had a 3 hour transit, then it may be worthwhile staying at T4 for a while.
