Mrs Lime & self have now booked a JASA Aug on QF8 DFW/BNE booked seats 13A & 13B seem fine.

Is this flight new 3 class Y, PE & J only with new lie flat beds? or is there F?.

Ps. we were booked on the milk run, LAX/AKL/BNE then onto CNS, but this flight became available this morning for 2 and we are going to Dallas anyway, so jumped on it.

If there is a row 4 showing then rows 1-4 are first class seats and are better then the Skybed Mk I's.

If no row 4 then it's a reconfigured aircraft with Skybed MkII in the area where the First class seats were.

In either case I would go for 3E/F if selectable.

Here's a YouTube time-lapse of the reconfiguration for the new layout:

At 40 secs you can see a shot taken from Zone A - looks like the nose will continue to be a more private area. You get a good view of 3F (middle left).

The area from row 5 and back looks really open.

Shows row 4, but this may change to MK11 in coming months. See exit seats upper deck AB 16 and JK16 still available.

Only 2 together available in front lower deck 4E4F.

On way over BNE/LAX must have new MK11 seats as row 4 missing.
