Diamond Status not reflected online

Not sure if this should go in the Virgin section or here so sorry if its wrong.

I used the VA status match to Diamond tier and received the email confirming my request on 28/02/14 and received the email from HHonors saying my status has been upgraded to Diamond on 22/03/14 however when I log into myaccount it still reflects silver. Is this normal or should it have updated by now?

Just called, they said they had to log a case and to wait 7 days.
