Hi everyone,

I'm doing a simple SYD-MEL flight with my wife and kids. I need a choice fare so it counts towards my eligible sectors (need three more and I'll get gold).

Wife and kids would be happy with a Lite fare. Is there a way I can book lites for the family and choice for me on the same reservation?

Naturally I could make two separate bookings but my life might not be worth living if something goes wrong with one of the bookings and only half the family made it onto the plane! :O

Unfortunately no, it all needs to be the same fare type if it’s all in the one reservation. :-(

I am not sure, but maybe a travel agent or the Velocity customer service team can book muliple fare classes. It maybe worth a phone call.
