Difficulty with QF website Bookings/flight awards - QFF number issue

In the last few days, I have had trouble looking up classic awards on the QF website; I enter destination, dates etc, but can't get past the page that shows the dates awards are available. Tried Firefox, IE, different computers but still the same problem. Anyone else had similar issues?

Have you tried clearing all cache/cookies?

Anybody else's trips gone from Your Bookings on QFF website?

Wanted to check to see if a change is possible on an upcoming trip and noticed that all my trips have disappeared... Yesterday I had my two trips to Europe and some domestic in there

Yeh im experiencing the same. If you know the booking reference you can still view it, and it will have your QFF on it. I tried to check in for a flight tomorrow morning, and it wasn't there, my first thought was "oh great they've sacked me and cancelled all my flights" but thankfully that wasnt the case.

Yes mine have gone, and I get the message below when I try and search for a JASA.

Please review the following items

• We are having difficulties with one or more of the frequent flyer numbers that you have entered due to a mismatch between the frequent flyer name and number. Check the frequent flyer numbers you entered and try again. If you continue to have difficulties remove the frequent flyer numbers and call your local Qantas Office on completion of your booking.

QF is aware and it should be fixed up this morning.

When trying to look for award flights on Qantas.com, I get this error after entering the cities/dates. The search engine begins the hunt and then abruptly gives me the below error. I've been using the online booking tool for quite a while to search for award flights, and my FF# has not changed anywhere (and I double checked it).

I'm getting this for both Classic and Any-Seat:

Please review the following items

I spoke to the premium desk about 10 mins ago. QF is aware of the problem and it should be fixed this morning was the feedback I got.

I don't have a problem at the moment, but I have seen this happen from time to time.

Just for reference my FF number was preceded by 000 on the home page after I had tried to make a JASA booking and failed.

I have the problem.

Can't make a booking Either.

Died now. The booking engine seems to be down if logged in.

Seems ok if not logged in and just want to buy a flight...
