Diners Club and Australia Post

My local post office franchise has stopped accepting Diners Club. Has this happened to all Australia Post outlets?

I used it last week in Post Office in Sydney and it was available at another one just before Christmas.

Just used mine at an Aus Post in Sydney CBD worked fine. Sounds like government owned outlets are still fine but franchisees are cutting costs.
