disadvantage to city signature upgrade?

Long time lurker, now self interested first time poster.
I have just been offered an upgrade to City Signature from my existing platinum.
I took out the platinum some months ago, when they offered a 60K sign on bonus and reduced fees.
Is there any disadvantage to this new card for me, that anyone can point out, or are are they offering an upgrade because of my spending patterns. If no downside, I am inclined to accept it, if for nothing else than the 2 free priority pass lounge accesses/year.

I was asked a year ago to upgrade, just like yourself I asked the same question. I have now upgraded 7 months into signature and it now is my main card wih 1.5 points per dollar spend. Better than Amex regular reward rate. Had I kept platinum Citibank card, I would've been worse off in terms of reward points.

Only down side I saw was that I needed a new log in for the Citibank website.
