Disappearing gLassware in business

First it was one flute on the trays instead of two, then it was a flute and a bottle of water, then it was no glassware on the trays at all, and now it's plastic flutes. Dessert seems to have disappeared on snack flights. This airline gets scabbier by the day. For flights that start at six hundred bucks they can do better

I flew PER-BNE-PER last month in J. Service was better than expected and Glassware was abound!

I've had 2 thank you upgrades on afternoon flights in the last couple of weeks and a JASA this morning. First thank you J flight glass flute and glass were present, the next thank you J it was a plastic water flute, with glass for wine and I think a small bottle of water on the tray. This morning at breakfast the flute was gone, small bottle of water on the tray and the "wine" glass was provided for juice or empty if just having water.

On a better note metal knifes were present in the ADL QP this morning.

Glassware as expected in J on PER-BNE and BNE-PER on the weekend.

Maybe this an east coast issue?

ADL QP 10 days ago. Is this something new there? They have been back at other QPs for a long time!

They were plastic last time I was there about 3 weeks ago.

I'm sure I got a dessert in J on a dinner flight BNE/MEL last month. :shock:
