Has anyone else noticed a difference between the amount paid and the amount receipted with VA?

Out of three reward flights booked recently, one showed the same tax amount but the other two showed different amounts ie:

  1. Taxes quoted and deducted from CC - AU$72.00, receipt in "My bookings" shows $48.00
  2. Taxes quoted and deducted from CC - AU$287.10, receipt in "My bookings" shows $287.10
  3. Taxes quoted and deducted from CC - AU$173.31, receipt in "My bookings" shows $115.56

Both of the different amounts were reward booking on EY partner metal and the one that shows as correct was a reward booking on SQ partner metal.

Also wondering why SQ is so much dearer for taxes than EY?
EY, AUH-MLE (4hrs 15min) = AU$72.00 (3 pax)
SQ, CMB-SIN (3hrs 55min) = AU$287.10 (3 pax)

Big difference for similar flight times. Not complaining about the amount.....just curious.

The reciepted amount showing in "my bookings" changes on a daily basis for me and is different to what I actually paid.

:shock: :shock: Surely the receipted amount should in fact be the billed amount.

To make it even more odd, I've checked my emailed tax invoice and those amounts are different again (this time all three are different).

AUH-MLE - AU$24;
CMB-SIN - AU$95.70; and
SIN-BNE - AU$57.77.

EDIT - Ah Just worked it out, three invoices, one per pax! Not sure how the "My Bookings" page works though!
