I have found a conflict between the complimentary baggage allowance and the allowance stated on the reservation.

I usually travel on a flexi fare but I have a reservation for a Saver Lite fare.
According to the Velocity website, as a platinum member I can take 2 X 23kg on a saver lite fare.
(see Velocity website: https://www.virginaustralia.com/au/en/plan/baggage/checked-baggage/)

However, even though my Platinum status shows in the reservation, it shows the baggage allowance as only 1 X 23kg.
Has anyone else experienced any issues with this or any check in problems??

It should show no baggage allowance for a sver lite as Virgin e-tickets will only show the standard piece allowance. Only shows 1PC for a flexi for example even though a Platinum can take 3 x 23kg but never fear your Platinum allowance is applicable on your saver lite. 2 x 23kg

For the record QF do the same.
