Anyone else had this happen? I applied through Virgin for a Hertz status match (Platinum to Presidents Circle) and forgot about it. I received an email from Hertz advising that my status had been upgraded but I never received a card or any documentation.
A few months later, I've just gone to hire a Merc with Hertz and noticed that while I've been upgraded, it's only to the 5 Star level (i.e.: DJ Gold).
I'll get onto Hertz/Virgin tomorrow (although I can see this being painful), but I thought I'd check to see if anyone else has been short changed,
