Hey,

I'm trying to work this out, I tried to call the velocity number but the guy had no idea.

I want to fly London-Rome on Alitalia. The flight I have found is $100 one way with no luggage included as far as I can see. I wanted to confirm whether you get the bonus check-in luggage on a flight that doesn't have any check-in attached.

Sorry if this has been asked before, I searched and emailed Alitalia.

Cheers

That sucks, but here it says otherwise I think

Go to the velocity site, under gold status and benefits and check Alitalia (sorry i can't post links yet)

It does show as a benefit under the Gold benefits for Alitalia: ...
Thanks! :D

That's a different page; did not see that section yesterday.

Is this a "basic" fare that specifically excludes checked luggage?
