Do the Platinum complimentary upgrades accrue?

I've managed to use exactly one of my Platinum complimentary upgrades and have re-qualified for another 12 months; anniversary date is the end of August.

Does anyone know if I'll receive an extra 4 upgrades to add to my 3 existing, or will the 3 existing upgrades disappear at the end of August?

They will disappear.

13.16 Complimentary Fare Upgrades will expire if not redeemed (by making a booking in accordance with clause 13.15) before your next Review Date. The travel dates for Complimentary Fare Upgrade flights are not required to be within the current Total Benefit Period.
