Thanks, everyone. I'm looking at flying on QF marketed flights on EK from BNE to GLA. I knew I'd get points and SCs for the flights, but I wasn't sure if they'd count as the four sectors.

No direct experience but I thought probably if it is a code share and this indicates yes.

The requirement is:

A minimum of four eligible flights must be taken with Qantas (QF) or Jetstar (JQ, 3K, GK) flight numbers on your ticket

Flight number is all that matters.

For the four eligible flights requirement, the flights need to earn you QFF points + Status Credits to count as well.

Interestingly, I have been able to select our seats.
Also, indicates Lounge access in USM as SG.
Our USM-SIN leg has had an aircraft change, now no J, hopefully can look forward to their air conditioned Blue Ribbon Lounge.
