Can ex-Perth Redeye Business class customers use a lounge on arrival?
AFF says you can (but old article)
Arrivals access is not generally offered to Qantas Business or First class passengers, with a few exceptions. Qantas Business class passengers arriving in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane after an overnight flight from Perth can use the Qantas Business lounge on arrival.

Some newer ones from other publications say it was ceased in Jan 2023 but was under review by Qantas.

I don't have WP status. Just flying business PER-MEL arriving at 0500.

That article is from early 2020. To the best of my knowledge, Qantas is not offering this benefit any more. But others may know more about what the current situation is.

Managed to talk my way in at BNE a couple of times when I was SG, but that was a few years ago now. Nothing to lose by asking though!
