Are we able to get a domestic upgrade for two if travelling with an infant?

What about on departure upgrades at the qantas club? Will they allow an infant to be upgraded?

Yes, you can definitely upgrade a domestic flight if you're a couple travelling with an infant. I'd presume that the same applies for an ODU.
