Double Points earn via shop and earn - link broken

Hi there.

Not sure whether anyone has already raised this concern, but I'm trying to use the godaddy link via shopandearn to get some points with my purchase and the link has been broken for quite a number of days.

This offer expires on July 1, so I'd like to make sure that I get in for the offer before it is over and done with.

Have sent a couple of emails to Virgin Customer Support but as yet no response.

Can you possibly escalate this issue via the web site tech team please?

A few days ago they were apparently "working on it". Now GoDaddy has vanished from S&E. Pooh, we were about to renew all our domains again.

I got an email from them yesterday:

So, doesn't look like they're going to try to fix it at all huh, just remove it from the site altogether?! Very disappointing form.

Yep certainly will do - I've responded to Majella asking whether the link will be re-instated prior to the July 1 deadline
