Double Status - Double Points from late 2023

The saga continues...
They have now come back to me to say, sorry no record on 1 Travel Pass but they have "found "them on the other 2.
Totally illogical.
3 Travel Passes, only reason they were converted was for the DSC.
It does not make sense that a person agrees to convert the credits to Travel Passes but only 2 EVENTUALLY are acknowledged.
First 2 people can't find any record.
Then they want proof that Qantas actually made the offer !!
Then they find 2.
Totally incompetent.
I'm not giving up.
Any other suggestions.??
