I'm flying into AU today and I'll be picking up my duty free grog from the airport. Tomorrow, I'll be flying a domestic sector of an international flight, so checking in again at the int terminal and passing through customs I think with one of those domestic stickers. At the destination (which will also be an int. terminal, does anyone know how customs will view my (checked luggage) grog??

I personally can't see an issue, but I'm thinking of keeping my int BP and duty free receipt as evidence just in case it causes an issue.

I wouldn't think it would be a problem as the Duty Free stores shouldn't sell goods duty free to you without an international BP

You won't be asked to complete an incoming passenger card. No reason for them to know about it, if they do it is easily explained.

Many years ago I used to fly interstate on international flights quite often and shop duty free.
In those days you were asked for a flight number
Never had my carry on backpack checked.

Down the track you had to show a boarding pass so the rort stopped.

Have been in the exact scenario that you've described before. Didn't have any problems so I imagine that you will be fine.
