Hey - can anyone tell me how I'm supposed to e-mail a boarding pass to QFF? I can't find an address on the website, only a form.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I have used this email address for claims successfully in the past: (With a scan of BP attached)

frequent_flyer (at) qantas.com.au

frequent_flyer (at) qantas.com.au

I think we should repost that carefully, noting the underscore between 'frequent' and 'flyer' (at the possible risk of increasing the rate of Nigerian millionaire scam emails to the said address)...

frequent_flyer (at) qantas. com. au

Replace the (at) with the appropriate symbol, remove all the spaces and you'll be fine.

Thanks so much! I shall report back on the success of my obtaining appropriate points for a paid upgrade on JQ.
