E-Rewards direct Velocity earn

I've received a number of surveys in the past from e-rewards, Valued Opinions etc where I was advised I would need to download the "User Zoom Tool" in order to complete the survey. The initial information always states something like "this tool can be quickly and easily uninstalled from your computer afterwards", however I've always given those surveys a miss as I'm just not happy about downloading the plugin.

Thank for that. But I feel reticent. This sounds scary - "read and change all my data on websites I visit."

I've done it in the past but reject them now-no problems,just not enough reward for any risk at all

I have in the past, Generally, it gives a task, such as say, get a quote for insurance on something, or find the product that provides something, or whatever. Then opens a website, and does some monitoring of how you go about getting that quote, or identifying the product, or whatever.

I run a vm on machine for the surveys with downloads so can blow away the image if a problem exists.. to date never had a issue

My issue is you can only redeem once a month a maximum of 6000 points, but i earn more than each month.
Currently have over 10,000 and just about a week to go before i can redeem again.
I have emailed e-rewards and asked for a bigger redemption or more frequent, but no response

Any ideas?

I found the initial VFF points were credited in my VA account pretty quickly. Obviously if you fly VA regularly, have rwrds CC or both, E Rewards will seem not worth the bother to invest too much time in.

However, for people who are infrequent travellers that primarily amass VFF pts through usual spending, 2,000 pts from Surveys vs a $500 bonus pts E store spend is worthwhile

I have 30K virgin points collected so far, but collect more e-reward points than I can redeem.
